  • Tra's Vanity is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Customers must ensure the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses

💄 Return & Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of cosmetic and beauty products, all sales are final
  • No returns or exchanges on used or opened products for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
  • Replacement or store credit may be offered depending on the situation and at the discretion of Tra's Vanity
